Your account

You need an account to rate, review, follow or maintain a profile. Keep your credentials secure, use one account per person, and don't impersonate other people or artists. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Ratings and reviews

Ratings must reflect your genuine opinion. Vote manipulation — multiple accounts, automated voting, coordinated brigading — is prohibited and any affected votes are removed from the rankings. Reviews must not contain harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal content. Reported content is reviewed and may be removed.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews and images you post, and you grant MusicUniverse a licence to display them on the service. Deleting your content or your account removes it from the site.

Catalog data

Artist, album and song metadata originates from MusicBrainz and other public sources and remains subject to those sources' licences. Cover art, audio previews and official chart data are provided by their respective rights holders; MusicUniverse links to them and does not host full recordings.

Intellectual property

The MusicUniverse name and branding, the MusicUniverse logo, the website design and visual identity, the UI/UX, the underlying software and code, original written content, and original platform features are the proprietary intellectual property of MusicUniverse and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission.

Third-party music, recordings, artwork, artist names, song titles, metadata and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. MusicUniverse claims no ownership over third-party materials.

Service availability

MusicUniverse is provided "as is". Catalog data may be incomplete or inaccurate, and features may change. We aren't liable for decisions made on the basis of the data shown here.
